These guys definitely do a weights routine specifically for Judo


  1. i'm on your email/subscribe list. which is great.
    and anyone who competes and competes seriously should be lifting weights. i found out on the mats in Brazil when i visited that no one had ANY problem using size and strength. just like smaller players are faster, a strong player should use his strength in competition.

    it's another bullet in the gun. i think Americans in particular (my country of origin) are in love with this mythical no effort/pure technique world.
